This month's Progressive Freebie Challenge at Outlawz uses the Friend Flower Doodle from Bugaboo Stamps. I printed the image on watercolor paper, made it a tag and did a wash using the Twinkling H2O Golden Opal. Then I painted the image using some of the other Twinkling H2O colors, did a final wash with a sparkle glitter spray (only I lightly painted it on). I haven't really learned to use the Twinkling H2Os in different ways, but they are so pretty and I love to paint small images with them. I put my tag on a card and added a few sequins.
